Our operators work in our state-of-the-art contact centre, handling a wide variety of call procedures.
We are looking to expand our team in our head office in Wollongong with experienced, professional and self-motivated individuals. We have a great team that are like family so are looking for someone like minded.
This is a dynamic and very fast paced role providing 24/7 services Australia wide. Only those with experience and abilities in such an environment will be considered, so we kindly ask that if you DO NOT have experience, please don’t waste your time or ours by applying.
The Position: Casual to begin and will increase based on skills and individual requirements
- Conducting inbound and outbound calls from and to our clients (not telemarketing)
- Accurate and efficient data entry into contractor programs
- Dispatching technicians to facility maintenance jobs
- Monitoring of security alarms and dispatching of security personnel
- Booking in security quotes and service calls
- Dispatching patrol officers for alarm responses & liaise with emergency services
- Comprehensive training
- Motivated, enthusiastic and friendly staff

- Ability to touch type with a priority on accuracy over speed
- Previous experience in a call centre environment or security control room
- Flexibility around a 24/7 operation
- Friendly, reliable & able to stay calm when faced with conflicting demands
